“We need the courage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn’t do.”
-Richard L. Evans

This statement means that we should have the strength to do what is right even if it might be hard. For example, in the video we saw many people falling into the train tracks and there were men who went to pick them up even though it can result in them getting hurt. They didn’t know if they were going to make it in time before the train came, but that was a risk they were willing to take in order to save those people’s lives. We also saw how a man helped an old lady from a burning building and he didn’t care if he got burn in the process he just wanted to help. It is weird how we always have the courage to do what is wrong, but when it comes to doing right, we chicken out. We need to have that courage to help others even in the hardest of situations. You feel better when you help someone else out!
